The 48 V, 800 W brushless motor sits at the heart of the e-Beach Wagon. We pair it with a differential-drive transaxle so each rear wheel can rotate independently when you turn. That matters when you’re steering a loaded electric beach cart around tighter spaces or changing direction on uneven ground. The sealed transaxle also does away with external chains and belts, helping keep operation quieter and maintenance straightforward. Whether you’re moving across soft sand, dunes or a sealed path, the motor provides steady assistance without asking you to wrestle the load forward yourself.

Treacherous sand is where hauling an ordinary beach cart can become hard work. Our 30 cm Wheeleez® low-pressure balloon tyres create a wider contact area with the ground, helping it float over softer surfaces rather than cutting deeply into them. The polyurethane construction gives the tyres enough flexibility to conform to uneven terrain while remaining durable for repeated use. Take your beach trolley across soft or firm sand, then keep moving over grass, mud, gravel, asphalt or concrete. You don’t need to stop at the edge of the beach just because the surface changes.

The comfort-grip thumb throttle sits beside the hand grip, so you can steer and control speed at the same time. Choose your preferred setting on the LCD display, press the throttle, and let the motor assist with the load. When you release it, the trolley comes to a controlled stop. That simple setup means you can spend less time learning controls and more time getting where you’re going.

You shouldn’t have to walk at the speed of your gear. Our five-speed controller lets you choose a setting that suits your natural pace, from approximately 1.29 to 6.44 km/h. We’ve positioned the controls where you can reach them easily from the handle. Increase or reduce the speed as conditions change, then release the throttle when you want the trolley to stop. The controller operates within a 42–58 V protection range with a 120 A current limit to help protect both the motor and battery while managing power efficiently.

Our battery-powered beach trolley runs on a 48 V, 30 Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery selected for dependable power delivery and long service life. The removable battery weighs approximately 10.3 kg and measures around 40.6 × 15.2 × 15.2 cm, making it possible to take the battery out of the trolley when you want to charge it separately. Your actual range will vary with the terrain, elevation, and weight you’re carrying, but the system can travel up to approximately 40 km on one charge under suitable conditions.

Sand and salt water can cause serious damage to internal systems, which is why e-Beach Wagon features two dedicated weatherproof enclosures. The electrical and mechanical components are sealed inside a protective compartment beneath the wagon bed, keeping them safe from outside elements. The lithium battery is housed in its own separate weatherproof enclosure, ensuring long-lasting performance and dependable operation in beach environments.

Salt, sand and moisture are part of beach life, so we chose materials with those conditions in mind. The e-Beach Wagon uses a powder-coated aluminium frame and railings, supported by marine-grade stainless-steel axles and hardware. The wagon bed is made of durable plastic, while clear-coated paulownia timber adds character to the railing slats. Together, those materials give our motorised beach trolley a robust structure without relying on ordinary steel components that are poorly suited to coastal use.

We wanted our electric beach trolley to earn its place in your garage all year, not sit there waiting for the next beach trip. Keep the tall railings fitted when you want to carry a full load of gear. Once you arrive, remove them and use the patented frame to convert it into a bench, table or flatbed utility trolley. That flexibility also comes in handy away from the coast. Use it for parks, sporting days, camping, outdoor events or anywhere else you’d rather roll a heavy load than carry it.

Beach gear rarely gets loaded and unloaded in wide-open spaces. Sometimes you’re turning beside the car, backing away from a storage area, or manoeuvring through a narrow access point. Our Forward / Neutral / Reverse switch gives you directional control directly from the handlebar. Select forward to get moving, switch to reverse when you need to reposition, or use neutral to disengage the drive so you can pull the beach trolley manually. It’s a small control that makes a big difference when space gets tight.

Need room for the esky, the shade, and your boards? Surfboards, logs, and other oversized gear don’t always sit neatly inside a conventional cart. We designed the side railings with a lowered centre section that creates space for wider items to rest across the trolley. Kayaks, tent frames and similar gear can sit across the recessed rails and be secured with suitable tie-downs. No need to leave anything at home - there’s enough room for bulky gear without giving up the storage space underneath.

Each corner of the e-Beach Wagon includes vertically aligned aluminium tubes with an inner diameter of approximately 38 mm. While you’re travelling, those tubes secure the removable railings. Once you’ve set up, you can use them to hold compatible umbrellas, flagpoles or fishing rods. Slide the pole through the mount and secure it appropriately for the conditions. There’s no separate holder to bolt on every time you head out.

You have two options when it’s time to recharge. Leave the battery installed and connect the supplied charger to the charging port on the control panel, or remove the battery and charge it separately on a stable, non-flammable surface. A typical recharge takes around 6 to 8 hours, making it easy to plug in after a day out and get ready for the next one.

Beach gear gets sandy. Your trolley will too. That’s why we made the weather-resistant wagon bed removable. Lift it out when it needs a clean, rinse away sand and dirt with a hose or under running water, then return it to the frame once it’s ready. Removing the bed also gives you convenient access to the electrical and mechanical enclosure underneath.

A day outside can run longer than your phone battery. We’ve built two USB charging ports directly into the control panel so you can keep phones, speakers, cameras, and other compatible devices powered while you’re out. A protective weather-resistant cover helps shield the ports from sand, salt, and moisture when they aren’t in use. It’s one less reason to cut the day short.

A dedicated ON/OFF switch keeps startup simple. Press the control to engage the electrical system when you’re ready to go, then switch it off once you’ve finished. When the power is off, resistance within the motor helps keep the electric beach cart stationary rather than allowing it to roll freely. There’s no complicated sequence to remember. Load up, switch on, and head out.
