TRANSPORTING:

The following controls make the wagon simple to operate: -
Key on/off switch - Hand grip to hold with one hand and steer by shifting the handle from side to side - Thumb throttle next to the hand grip to apply power for variable speed up to 6 mph - Forward/reverse switch next to the thumb throttle for easy access to change directions

The wagon can hold over 300 lbs.

You can put anything you want to carry to the beach in the wagon. Extra long items can fit on top of the side railing depressions. Small children can ride in the wagon as well as long as you provide a suitable seat for them.

Once the railings are removed, the tubes in the frame can be used to hold umbrellas, flagpoles, or fishing rods. Simply place the tube of your accessory through the tube in the frame. Umbrellas and flag poles should go through the frame and be buried in the sand a few inches deep to prevent them from blowing over.

Simply hold the top of the railing with two hands, one on each side, and lift up.

The wagon is weatherproof, so it may sit outside. However, it is recommended to store the wagon in a garage close to a power source so it can be recharged after a long day at the beach.

The wagon can be hosed off. The wagon bed can also be removed and brought to the sink for a hard scrubbing.

A low pressure air gauge is needed to check the tire pressure. The tire pressure should be in the 2-4 psi range.

To detach the handle bar, disconnect the electrical wire connectors, remove the cotter pin, and pull the handle bar off.

ENGINE & BATTERY:

The wagon's top speed is ~ 6 mph.

In cold weather, it is recommended to keep the batteries connected to the trickle charger. The chain is recommended to be lubricated twice per year. Tire pressure should be checked periodically throughout the season.

We've done lots of testing, driven it for miles, and haven't come close to killing the batteries in one day.

Dead batteries recharge in 6 hours. Most trips to the beach will not kill the batteries, so the typical charge time for regular use is 2 hours or less.

Batteries will last the longest when charged after every use, so that is recommended. Over the winter, they should be left on the trickle charger.

Simply plug the charger that comes with your wagon into the wall and insert the other end into the two prong charging port on the font control panel. The light on the plug will be red when charging, and change to green when the batteries are charged.

There are two 12 volt, 22 amp hour batteries connected in series to provide 24 volts of power

Batteries that are properly cared for should last between 2-5 years depending on the amount of use. They can easily be replaced. Old batteries should be recycled by your local recycling center.

WARRANTY:

The Warranty period begins on the delivery date. No need to register the wagon for a warranty. we will track it using the wagon production number.
